At first glance, it would appear that Baylor put the wrong score on their Holiday Bowl rings.
It says 49-19 on the ring, but the box score says 49-26.
UCLA scored a 34-yard touchdown on the final play of the game, though the UCLA player was actually tackled on the 1-yard line. The Bears were not happy about the call.
A recent Baylor graphic counting down the days until football season showed the side of the ring, and there is the 49-19 score. The history of college football is full of disputes. Since Baylor won the game, they can put whatever they want on their rings.
