San Francisco 49ers: De La Salle HS (CA) running backs coach Bob Ladouceur has been contacted by Jim Harbaugh about a consulting role with the 49ers, according to CSN Bay Area.

Atlanta Falcons: Mark Olson has  been promoted from western scout to national scout.

Cleveland Browns: A source tells me that Florida director of on-campus recruiting Brendan Donovan will join the Cleveland Browns scouting department.

Kansas City Chiefs: Former Seahawks vice president of football operations Will Lewis has been named director of pro scouting, former Falcons scout Marvin Allen has been named director of college scouting, Randy Ball has been named pro scouting assistant and Trey Koziol has been named area scout. Mike Borgonzi has been promoted to assistant director of pro scouting, Dom Green has been promoted to assistant director of college scouting, Brett Veach has been promoted to pro and college personnel analyst and Ryan Poles has been promoted to college coordinator.

St. Louis Rams: Former Tennessee Titans tight ends coach John Zernhelt has been hired by the Rams as a scout. Taylor Morton, who spent last season as the director of college scouting, has been promoted to director of player personnel. Midwest area scout Brad Holmes will now serve as the director of college scouting. As previously mentioned, longtime Bears' scout Ted Monogo has joined the organization as a national scout. Barrett Trotter, who served as a grad assistant at Arkansas State, has joined the staff as a football operations / scouting assistant.  Brian Hill has joined the staff as a scouting assistant.  Danto Barto and George Foster have also been hired as scouts.

New York Jets: Recently-retired Jets quarterback David Garrard is considering returning to the team as a quarterback coaching intern, according to USA Today.

Kent State: Ohio State football strength and conditioning intern Eron Hodges has accepted a defensive GA position at Kent State. The internship position at OSU is filled.

Florida: Chris Leak, who has joined Will Muschamp's staff in a quality control capacity, will work with the defensive staff.

Buffalo Bills: As expected, Doug Whaley has been promoted to general manager. In addition, New Orleans Saints area scout Jim Monos has accepted the director of player personnel job and Pittsburgh Steelers staffer Kelvin Fisher has accepted the director of college scouting position.  Chuck Cook will shift from director of college scouting to national scout and promoted CJ Leak to area scout and Pete Harris to blesto scout.
