Sources have informed CoachingSearch.com that former Cleveland Browns running backs coach Gary Brown has accepted the running backs job in Dallas.

Brown had served as the Cleveland running backs coach since 2009.  He previously at Rutgers (2008), Susquehanna University (2006-2007), and Lycoming College (2003-2005).

Jason Garrett's offensive staff now includes:

Bill Callahan (offensive coordinator / offensive line)
Wade Wilson (quarterbacks)
Gary Brown (running backs)
Derek Dooley (wide receivers)
Wes Phillips (tight ends)
Frank Pollack (assistant offensive line)
Keith O'Quinn (offensive quality control / assistant wide receivers)

In recent weeks, Callahan was promoted to offensive coordinator; Dooley joined the staff; Phillips was promoted from offensive assistant; and Pollack joined the staff after coaching the Raiders' offensive line this eason.

Monte Kiffin, Rod Marinelli, and Rich Bisaccia also joined the staff.

i.e. Jason Garrett didn't mess around this off-season. There will be a sense of urgency and expect to see different results in Dallas next season.
